SSC CGL 2018 EXAM PATTERN:
The exam consists of 4 sections, namely General Intelligence (Reasoning), General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language and Comprehension total 100 questions with 2 marks for each question and negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.

SSC CGL 2018 Server:
The overall review regarding SSC Server was good. Server Speed was quite improved and better than in previous years, but a few centers faced server issues.
SSC CGL 2018 Exam Review and Questions Asked (06.06.2019 Day 2 Shift 2)
SSC CGL 2018 Exam Interface:
The Questions were properly ordered as asked in previous years. There was no mixed/jumbled question pattern. There was watermark at the background of the computer screen which was displaying candidates roll no. so, if any screenshot comes, the roll no will also be public. Hence no screenshots are expected to be leaked.
SSC CGL 2018 Exam Analysis / Review
- General Intelligence (Reasoning): This section was of easy to moderate level and easier than Day 1 questions. A few Questions were Tricky and time-consuming.
- General Awareness: This part was of moderate level. There were 6-8 questions on current affairs. This indicates that students should focus more on Current Affairs to score high, Current Affairs.
- Quantitative Aptitude: This section was a little time consuming and tricky plus calculative and more lengthy than previous year questions. Speed and Faster Calculation help significantly to handle this section.
- English Language and Comprehension: This section was easiest, questions were repeated from previous years. There was a higher number of questions from vocabulary, mostly previously asked questions were repeated (Revise Black Book). There was one Cloze test with 5 Questions plus Questions on PQRS, Voice & Narration, Error detection, sentence improvements, etc.
Overall the exam was moderate level.

Let’s look at the exam pattern of SSC CGL 2018-19 Tier 1 and the good attempts that can give you a rough idea of the ideal score for SSC CGL tier 1.

The General Intelligence and Reasoning section is said to be the easiest and most scoring section of SSC CGL tier 1. However, questions asked in today’s 2nd Shift were easy to moderate level. 3-4 Questions were a bit time consuming.

SSC CGL Exam Analysis: Quantitative Aptitude
Quantitative Aptitude can be a challenging section in SSC CGL Tier 1. This section was lengthy. Quantitative Aptitude Section gave a tough time to the candidates with its 5-6 time consuming questions. 15-17 attempts with accuracy can save your boat in this section.

SSC CGL Exam Analysis: General Awareness
General Awareness covers a vast range of topics that can be asked in the exam. It usually comes up with surprises in SSC CGL tier1. Current affairs have been a favorite topic since previous years and in today’s exam too, there was a fair share of CA questions.
