SSC MTS Exam Pattern 2023: As the exam is near, it is necessary to know the Exam Pattern and Syllabus of the exam for effective preparation. As mentioned in SSC MTS 2023 Notification, there will be a Computer Based Examination for Multi Tasking Staff and Havaldar. There will be no descriptive paper for SSC MTS from now onwards. Paper 1 will be an online mode of examination that will comprise 4 sections namely Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English Language and General Awareness. There will be a Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) (only for the post of Havaldar).

SSC MTS Exam Pattern: Paper-I
SSC MTS Paper-I Exam Pattern: SSC MTS Paper-I is an online paper having multiple choice questions in sections: Reasoning, English Language, Numerical Aptitude and General Awareness. The entire paper is of total 90 questions and 270 marks.
एसएससी एमटीएस पेपर-I परीक्षा पैटर्न: एसएससी एमटीएस पेपर-I एक ऑनलाइन पेपर है जिसमें रीजनिंग, इंग्लिश लैंग्वेज, न्यूमेरिकल एप्टीट्यूड और जनरल अवेयरनेस जैसे सेक्शन में बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होते हैं। पूरा पेपर कुल 90 प्रश्नों और 270 अंकों का है।

SSC MTS Paper-I Exam Pattern: Important Points
- A total number of marks is 270 as per the latest pattern.
- Paper- I will be objective type(Multiple Choice Questions).
- The questions will be set in English, Hindi, and in 13 regional languages for Session-I and the General Awareness Section of Session-II.
- There will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer in Session 2 and there will be no negative marking in Session-1.
- The timing for Visually handicapped cerebral palsy candidates is 45 Minutes each session.
SSC MTS Havaldar PET & PST
The candidates who have applied for SSC Havaldar posts have to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test & Physical Standard Test after qualifying SSC MTS Tier-1 Exam. Followings are the PETand PST standards for the post of Havaldar in CBIC and CBN as mentioned in SSC MTS Notification 2023.

SSC MTS 2023 Language for CBT
For the first time, SSC MTS computer-based exam will be held in “15 languages” and the candidates have to choose their choice of language while filling their application form.
