No.-4. जिले मे सर्वाधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले उन छात्रों को प्रदान की जाएगी जो न्यूनतम 70% अंक लाते है| जिन छात्रों की किसी ओर से छात्रवृत्ति दी जा रही है या प्राप्त कर रहें है, वो छात्र इस छात्रवृत्ति के लिए पात्र नही है
