Measles

No:1. It’s also named as rubeola.
No:2. It is a respiratory tract viral illness.
No:3. It is a disease that is contagious.

Symptoms of measles

Early symptoms are :
No:1. Fever
No:2. Dry cough
No:3. Rash
No:4. Runny nose
No:5. Red or watery eyes
No:6. Later, it may lead to pneumonia, brain damage and even death.

Mumps

No:1. It is a viral infection caused by a virus.
No:2. It is a contagious disease .by saliva, nasal secretions or near physical contact; the infected person may transfer the virus to some other individual.

Rubella

No:1. It is sometimes referred to as three-day measles or German measles.
No:2. It is a contagious illness caused by a virus called rubella.

Initial symptoms

No:3. Sore throat
No:4. Swollen lymph nodes and so on.

The Common Side Effects of MMR Vaccinations

No:1. At the age of one year, kids are provided with the first dose of the MMR vaccine.
No:2. The second dose of the vaccine is administered at the age of four or five years to children who are unable to develop immunity after the first dose.
